Web content delivery, editing and management

Compiling relevant web content and keeping it up to date represent enormous challenges for many organizations. This applies to regular information services on professional websites, and for special websites supporting advocacy campaigns, conferences and seminars, or launches of special events.

Contactivity assists its clients to articulate an effective content management strategy, and to identify the organizational changes that may be required to implement it. However, we do more:

  • we scan the web to provide a comprehensive overview of the content provided on the websites of other like-minded organizations;
  • we deliver web content according client specifications;
  • we edit reports and other materials to ensure their web-readability in English; and
  • we upload content and manage web information services on our clients’ behalf.

We deliver these services

  • after an intake session in which we assist you to articulate your organization’s requirements;
  • on the basis of a detailed content management plan;
  • in collaboration with programme staff in order to ensure that the content remains focused and continues to meet changing information needs; and
  • in consultation with subject matter specialists to guarantee quality, and professional editors to ensure web-readability.

Examples of Contactivity’s ongoing web management projects include:

* The Broker – for the NWO (Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) and International Development Publications: www.thebrokeronline.eu
* Capacity.org – for the European Centre for Development Policy Management (ECDPM, Maastricht), SNV (the Hague) and UN Development Programme (UNDP, New York): www.capacity.org
* ICT Update – for the EU-ACP Technical Centre for Agricultural Cooperation (CTA, Wageningen): http://ictupdate.cta.int
