ICTUpdate is a bimonthly web magazine with an accompanying printed bulletin and email newsletter. ICTUpdate is published in English and French by CTA, the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (ACP–EU) in Wageningen, the Netherlands. Each issue of ICT Update focuses on a specific theme relevant to ICTs for agricultural development in African, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) countries.
